Call
List Scrubber Raises The Do-Not-Call Compliance Bar… Again. MERIDIAN, Mississippi -- February 2, 2004 — Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. today announced the release of the latest version of their popular Do-Not-Call Compliance software, Call List Scrubber. The latest release of Call List Scrubber is a key upgrade to the product and incorporates many new features that have been requested by users. Call
List Scrubber is a pc software utility that provides telemarketers a fast
and easy way to scrub their call lists against the National Do-Not-Call
list compiled by the Federal Trade Commission. As one of the first
software products marketed to assist telemarketers, Call List Scrubber was
the only product capable of importing and using the complete National
Do-No-Call Registry of over 53 million telephone numbers. It’s speed and
easy of use set it apart from other products on the market and has been
successfully used by small clients with call lists of less than 1,000
numbers as well as by large out-bound call centers processing more than
400,000 numbers. With
the latest revision of the software product, Call List Scrubber developers
have added technology to enable the product to process individual State
Do-No-Call lists as well as the Federal list. The new version
currently imports Colorado, Missouri and Mississippi state lists, but
other states with Do-Not-Call lists will be added at no additional charge
as samples of those lists become available. Users can also create a “User-Defined State” for numbers that they do not want to call but that do not fall into the Federal, State, or Company Do-No-Call categories. For example, many times companies do not wish to contact their existing clients during telemarketing campaigns. In this case, a user could simply import the telephone numbers of their current clients into the User-Defined state list and those numbers will automatically be removed from any call list during the scrub process. The most impressive new
feature is the implementation of ‘No-Sell Zones’. As a
telemarketer develops and refines lists, it becomes clear that certain
area codes perform better than others. Rather than waste resources on
under-performing area codes, users can flag National area codes as
‘No-Sell Zones’. With a simple click of a mouse, a user can
automatically exclude area codes from call lists. Once ‘No-Sell Zones’
have been selected, any phone number that contains a No-Sell Area Code
will automatically be removed from the call lists. Call
List Scrubber is sold in three levels and ranges in price from $79 to
$359:
